* 2 regular house visits per month
* Flush loos, run taps, check showers etc.
* Monitor heating
* Collect mail
* Liaise with contractors when needed (1 hour per month)

* Additional house visit following severe weather event (storms, high winds etc.)
* Open shutters, turn on heating etc. ahead for arrival
* Purchase of fresh milk, butter and other first-day essentials (to be reimbursed by the owner)
* Be designated first responder for any alarm system
* Liaise with contractors when needed (2 hours per month)
All of Gold, plus
* Collect and return 2 people + luggage from/to the airport (Nice or Marseilles) twice a year
* Plant watering during regular house visits
* Arrange for firewood to be delivered and stacked (price of firewood not included)
* Receipt of bulky deliveries (Ikea, Darty etc.)
* Liaise with contractors when needed (3 hours per month)
